"2 months prior to attended Lilian’s Thai & Vietnamese Masterclass my wife and I was in Vietnam & Cambodia for 3 wks. Whenever we go on holiday we try to experience the best cuisine available, fr street food to top rated restaurants. In Cambodia we experienced one of the nicest curry dishes at Viroth's Hotel. However, as soon as we sat down to eat the food we'd prepared, I realised Lilian's Tom Yum Chicken Curry was even nicer!  Despite using ingredients purchased in the UK, all the dishes tasted very similar to the ones made in Vietnam. I was that impressed I booked a place on the upcoming class -Asian Street Food, whilst eating the food we'd prepared.  The Asian Street Food Class was equally impressive, all the dishes were fantastic. Both events have been great fun and have taken away the mystery behind cooking Asian cuisine.  I would definitely recommend anyone who has an interest in Asian cuisine enrols on one of Lilian's classes. She has worked in top hotels in Asia and you can definitely tell - I can’t believe she got us to produce such fantastic food!"
