​"Lilian made the most stunning cake for my mother's 80th birthday party.  Trusting entirely in Lilian's creativity and skill, I requested only that it should be 'chocolatey and fun' to surprise and delight the grandchildren. It certainly did that - and all the other 40+ guests at the party too! Complete with firework candle, the cake was a 'showstopper' and tasted divine.
