My good friend Saira and I had a fabulous time sharing our food and heritage with a fantastic audience at the Theatre Royal doing a Live Cook Show on stage. On top of the money raised from ticket sales, we played a 'Heads or Tails Raffle' and got £195 for a Lilian's Kitchen Cooking Class. As the theatre is celebrating their 200th year anniversary, I thought the figure 200 is more apt, so I added a humble £5, now the Raffle officially raised £200, what fun!
