Binge watching Wok of Love on Netflix over this bank holiday weekend, and getting really hungry watching them eat Kimchi Stew!
I am craving a spicy, soupy, full of yummy ingredients one pot dish. . . Right now!
Not the kimchi jjigae in the movie, just some last minute thrown together ingredients that I had in my pantry, fridge and freezer. I took inspiration from Korean Army Stew and added a packet of chewy Korean instant noodles to the mix too.
I am a very happy bunny!
