We made Dragon Rolls, California Maki, Yaki Onigiri, Smoked Salmon Nigiri, Sriracha Tuna Mayo Onigiri and Hand Rolled Cone Sushi.
It excites me to see how passionate the youngsters are, they are on fire to learn and their love for sushi are parallel to mine, just brilliant! Parents and grand parents are gifting and supporting their journey sending them to class.
